Once installed on a server, Dial Gate
functions as a VoIP softswitch by
connecting calls from one phone
line to another within the same &
different networks. At the same
time, it offers advanced real-time
monitoring, pre- & post-paid billing,
automated invoice scheduling &
dial-plan subscriptions.

Intuitive & easy to use, the Dial Gate web
interface provides administrators
complete control over a variety of VoIP
services. Call plans, gateways, call logs,
and customer accounts & invoices can be
accessed at any time.
Agents & resellers can be provided with
distinct web accounts which allow them
to manage their own customers and offer
Dial Gate services without the expense of
owning any equipment no capex or
opex. Subsequent profits are shared with
the Dial Gate owner.

SIP trunking
Dial Gate softswitch features a
special account type that allows
service providers to exchange call
termination with their partners.
Using Dial Gates advanced billing
and least-cost routing system,
service providers can partner with
carriers who in-turn can terminate
and/or originate calls to and/or
from other carriers.

Virtual line subscribers


A fixed number of virtual circuits can be
assigned to each account to help manage
virtual lines.

Customer portal
Customers can check messages, voicemail,
find me/ follow me statuses & more through
an online customer portal.

Integrated billing
Dialexia's proprietary billing server compiles
each processed call.

SOAP API
Third-party web apps can interface with Dial
Gate using its SOAP API.
