Management Trainee

Who Can Apply? SPECIMEN COPY

MBM (BIBM), MBA from any recognized universities, BBA (IBA, DU) with a minimum CGPA
3.00 in 4.0 scale. Minimum two first class/division or equivalent CGPA in whole education life,
no third class will be allow.
Others Requirements
# Be articulate and confident.
# Have demonstrated interest in extra curricular activities.
# Have a good command over English.
# Have good command in computer applications (MS Office).
# Individual Player.

Benefits
SPECIMEN COPY
During the 6 months probation period selected candidates will be paid BDT 28,500, no other
benefits will be given. After the successful completion of probation period he/she will be
promoted as first executive officer (Grade-I), and will be paid as per the banks policy.
