My invention is the creation of virtual reality

The start of virtual reality

The original invention was used for multiple purposes


some were for headsets and others for movies and even
some for constructing cars or buildings. Although in the
beginning virtual reality was an extremely hard thing to
accomplish most of the headsets weighed so much it had
to attached to the ceiling so it wouldnt fall, and not only
that, the battery in the vr system (virtual reality system)
often over heated and didnt last very long. Some patents
that still remain for the VR system belong to oculus rift.

What was required to


accomplish virtual reality

The disciplines of engineering applied in the creation of


virtual reality are electrical engineering, mechanical
engineering, and architectural engineering. These three
engineer disciplines are essential because the electrical
engineer is the one that makes sure all of the circuits our
correct and the power to the machine is stable. The
mechanical engineer is the one that makes sure the
machine is built correctly and puts in all of the different
materials required for the machine. And the architectural
engineer is the one that make the design for the machine,
he makes sure that it is portable and easy to carry around
with you when your one the move.

Virtual reality time line


1957- Morten Heillg invents the sensorama- a simulator with
3d images along with smells, wind and sound- to create the
illusion of reality
1961- philco. corps develops project head sight, a helmet
incorporating a video screen with a head-tracking system.
This technology has been used in military training operations
1980-VR goes to Hollywood as the movie tron was the first
to depict virtual reality
1993-sega introduced its wrap-around VR glasses at the
consumer electrons show
2014-virtuix announces it has raised $3million in funding to
develop a VR treadmill that will allow gamer to use their own
body movements to move characters through a game

Major changes

Some major changes in the design of the VR system is its


size and mobility. Before it used to be big and bulky now
its small and portable. They made this possible by putting
in a smaller frame and condensing all of the materials.

How dose this affect everyone

The creation of the VR system would benefit the world


because you can use it for military training, to make
movies, and for better entertainment which would cause
more people to want to buy it which would in turn make
the economy better.
