I am writing to give my highest recommendation to my coworker, Leanne Magree, for a
position with your educational establishment. I have worked closely with Leanne at UISGZ
for 2 years and can attest to her outstanding character and work ethic.
Working with Leanne has been an inspiration, her professionalism, knowledge and respect
for students has been outstanding. She is a natural teacher, very organised and sets very
high standards that enable students to push past their normal boundaries. Leanne can
always be counted on for coming up with innovative and motivating lessons that engage and
inspire all the students in the class, while her classroom is a showcase and testimony to the
excellent work she is doing with the students.
Leanne always participates in school activities and extra-curricular activities. She is like the
spine of the department, holding it up and very dependable. Her flexibility is also a great
strength as is her patience with students that are struggling. She shows international
mindedness and integrity at all times and has developed a strong rapport and link with
students that are lost or struggling with their identity.
Leanne is a reliable, team player and has strong Management qualities. She both listens and
offers sound practical advice to both teachers and students. She is well like by all faculty
members and as her co worker, will be sorry to see her leave,
I wish Leanne the very best in her new venture, she will leave a large hole in our department
and in our school which will be hard to replace. I know she will be a great asset to your
organisation.
