In Germany the main source that they use
most is Wind Power, because there is a lot of
wind in Germany.
People like it and think it is nice.

Wind power is a type of power that wind controles
depending on the wind condition if there is wind there
will be wind power, if there is no wind there will be no
wind power.

How
Wind energy is made when the winds kinetic energy is turned into electrical energy. The tower has to be around
80 to 90 meters tall. When the wind blows, the blades spin the rotor,
which in turn rotates the shaft fitted to the nacelle .This driveshaft is connected to a generator.
This rotational energy will enable the production of electricity. Subsequently, a transformer connected inside
the nacelle or tower raises the current voltage. This allows it to be transported more efficiently via the
electrical grid power lines. In order to function a wind turbine needs a minimum speed of 10 to 15 kph. And for
safety reasons, a wind turbine will automatically stop when the wind speed exceeds 90 kph. The power provided
by a wind turbine increases exponentially to wind speed. Winds of 30 kph are 8 times more productive than
winds of 15 kph. Hence the location of the turbine is the key. To harness the wind in the best possible way,
equipment is integrated into the nacelle to continually measure the speed
and direction, this enables the wind turbine to be optimally oriented into the wind and to modify the motor blade
angle. There are 2 main categories of wind turbines: Onshore and Offshore. the installation of offshore wind
turbines, usually installed 10 kms or more off the coast, at a seabed depth 25 to 30 meters, is more costly. The
foundations of the tower must be able to withstand the force of the waves and connection to the electrical grid
means laying underwater cables. On the other hand, more regular winds enable the generation of typically 6 MW
compare to 2 to 3 MW for onshore wind turbines. Modern wind turbines work really well since the fuel of the
wind turbine is free one of the many advanteges of wind energy.

Wind Energy. He was born on
March 17, 1849 and he died on June, 15
1929. He went to University of Machigan.

The largest turbines can harness Energy to power up
600 American homes.
The first modern turbine was built in 1940s in
Vermont.
Most of modern Wind turbines have 3 blades which
can reach speeds up to 320 kph (200 mph).
Over 8% of Germanys Power is supplied by Wind
Energy.
This source is a renewable source of energy, not like
Fossil Fuel.

of the sound and the vibration. The houses
that live close to wind turbines lose value.
Its the same things with shops, if shops live
close to wind farms then they go down with
consumers.

and biomass, but they mostly use wind
energy.
