THE CONTEXT
This Unit Didactic is addressed to a class group with 25

children.
Preschool stage. 5 years.
The general learning level is good. There are not serious

problem in the class. The environment is relaxed,


children enjoying themselves working and learning.
There is a child with Attention Deficit due to

Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). NON- SIGNIFICANT


NEEDS. Zaragoza

LEGISLATION
The whole program is based on:
Article 27 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978.
The Organic Law 2/2006 of 3rd May about
Education, (LOE).
The Decret-Law 2/2006 of December 29th, in
which the Preschool Education Curriculum of
LOE was established.
Order 2008 March 28th of in which the Preschool
Aragons Regions Curriculum was established.

DIDACTIC
UNIT
This Didactic Unit is going to be carried out in two
months: March and April. There are 8 sessions,
one per week
This Didactic Unit contributes to develop the
following competences:

ACTIVITIES

The activities are divided into: circle time

activities, story time or song time activities and


table time activities.

ATTETION TO DIVERSITY
Pupil with Attention Deficit. Strategies: To allow him/her to come out of the class for a

while.- Establish eye contact with the student


when giving instructions to him or to the class.
Use visual aids, demonstrations, simulations and
manipulatives to ensure that students understand
activities presented( as the same of the children
as we use an active methodology)
The pupil will be seated close to the teacher,
either when they are seated on the chairs or they
are seated on a circle.
Provide additional time to complete activities.
