ORDER :
In the order 2nd read above, Sri A.S.Kameswara Rao, Section Officer, who was in charge
of Planning (IV-RTI) was appointed as Assistant Public Information Officer for Planning
Department under the provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005. Therefore, in the reference
3rd read above the Planning (IV-RTI) Section has been allotted to Sri T.V.Malleswara Rao,
Section Officer, Planning Department.

In the circumstances explained above, Sri T.V.Malleswara Rao, Section Officer and who
is the in charge of Planning (IV-RTI) Section is appointed as Assistant Public Information
Officer for Planning Department, in accordance with the provisions under Section 5 (2) of the
Right to Information Act, 2005.
