Mr Naveen singh purchased a mixer grinder from M/s

Govind and Co . operating in Surat in November
2012. Within the warranty period of 1 year the grinder
stopped working . M/s Govind and the Co. fails to
rectify the defect. The manufacturer M/s Remington
Ltd , was also unable to repair the mixer grinder.
Frustrated Mr Naveen singh finally approaches the
District Forum . Assuming yourself as Mr Naveen
singh draft a complaint to be presented before the
District consumer Redressel Forum
