The 2015 Election for Governor Begins,

Candidates focused on Economy and Education

The

Candidates for Kansas Governor are unanimous, the education policies and
Kansas economy are in need of attention.

race for Kansas Governor is shaping out to be quite the competition.

With the seat wide open, new and familiar faces have announced their
candidacy. It is an even race with two democrat and two republican
candidates, all men. They share the opinion that Kansas economy and
education policies are in need of updates. Heres what you need to know,
STRAIGHT-UP.
The Republicans:
Gareth Bill, 33
This proud Kansan candidate grew up in Kansas,
earned a degree in investments from Penn State, and
until recently was spending much of his time up
north. 95% of all investments for Bills campaign are
coming from NYC. Ill caution you to be wary of
changing opinions and values from the Bill
Campaign. If he wins, Bill will be a third-generation
political official.
Bills campaign is focused on increasing accessibility
of education and to strengthen the economy by
creating jobs and cutting taxes. With his experience
in the ROTC and numerous leadership awards, there
is no doubt Bill would be a great leader for the
Sunflower State.

Taylor Caske, 26
Meet Taylor Caske, the young blood from North
Dakota. Of the four candidates, he is the youngest
as well as the only not originally from Kansas.
This overachiever graduated from high school at
only 16 and by the age of 20, Caske had received his
MBA from the University of Kansas. Today, Caskes
job title is Secretary of Admissions.
The Caske campaign is focused on maintaining core
values while embracing progress. The progress they
hope to make is prioritizing funding for education to
foster a skilled labor force through dynamic 21st
century challenges. This young blood very well could
be the fresh breath of fresh air Kansas needs.

The Democrats:
Reed Norman, 37
Norman is a Kansan through and through. He
was brought up as a 7th generation farmer in
Piedmont, KS. He graduated the University of
Kansas
with
a
degree
in
business
administration. After graduation, Norman
worked as a policeman before opening his own
insurance firm.
He is married with four children and is a proud
family-man. He also has one child out of
wedlock, who until recently was mostly kept out
of the medias eye. As voters, I encourage you to
investigate the details of this story.
Normans campaign is focused on creating jobs in
small business and agriculture and to also
reduce the prison population.
Maybe itll take a farmer governor to make
Kansas economy grow.
Liam Murphy, 44
Murphy boasts over 25 years of experience, the
most of any candidate, working as a social
worker in Kansas. After attending Johnson
County Community College, he earned his
masters in social work from the University of
Kansas.
Murphys campaign will focus on education and
the economy but is more specific in their
strategies and targets, kids and attacking the
debt. His is only campaign to state health care
as a focus, something he is personally
passionate about.
Murphys wife passed away from cervical
cancer and he is now a single-father to their
three children. His values are questionable
however. A source has confirmed that Murphy
and his children recently unearthed his wife,
dressed her in new clothes and danced around
to honor her in celebration.
Its my promise, thats what I know, STRAIGHT-UP.
