Recent Professional Accomplishments

Transitioned AMP International, a company formed in 2007 as an LLC, into a corporate division of Global Eagle
Entertainment, Inc. upon acquisition in July of 2013. Under the LLC, performed full-cycle transactional accounting and
prepared all journals for closing monthly, quarterly, and annually. Under the corporation, did the same for revenue cycle,
and assisted in inter-company reconciliation and consolidation. At month, quarter, and year end prepared recurring set of
schedules for corporate finance team, comparing forecasted budget for the division and actual performance of the division in
a given period. Compared anticipated orders from our clients to actual orders, and explained variances in a narrative format,
if any. Created a detailed analysis of gross sales from invoicing module and analyzed line items to be certain revenue was
being recognized in the correct period. Analyzed the difference between estimated exhibitions of media against actual
reported exhibitions of media and adjusted future estimated exhibitions. Compared invoiced reimbursable costs to actual
costs, and declared the variance as a reduction to costs of gross sales in order to increase margin. Booked accruals if invoicing
or payables were not complete for the period, for expense reports that were not yet reimbursed, and for commissions earned
but not yet paid out for independent contractor sales personnel. Reviewed process with our contracted SOX compliance
service, and performed any ad hoc reporting necessary to facilitate or support Earnst & Young auditors.
Reviewed long form, detailed contracts with clients and smaller contracts with vendors, making sure vendor supply chains
and our invoicing were at the specified contract terms. Quantified which regions of the world our gross sales were deriving
from per service offerings: feature film exhibition, television exhibition, audio exhibition, games offerings, internet
connectivity, and airline content. Forecasted for emerging technologies and possible new revenue streams to be generated in
future contract negotiations.

Past Professional Accomplishments

WGA, SAG, AFTRA, police, and FSA union, hourly non-union under multiple States laws, exempt, and contractual models.
