Analysis of Data

In this chapter the results of the data analysis are presented.

Non-probability Data Sampling technique is the procedure through
which we pick out, from a set of units that make up the object of
study (the population), a limited number of cases (sample) chosen
according to criteria that enable the results obtained by studying
the sample. The availability of the respondents is given
importance in order for the researcher to get the data needed
without disrupting the time schedule of the respondents.
Research Instruments
The research instruments that will be utilized in the study is a
researcher-made questionnaire. The data gathering instrument
will be composed of two parts. Part I will be comprise of the
questions regarding the socio-demographic profile of the
respondents and Part II will be composed of closed-ended
questions regarding the awareness and perception of the
respondents towards Probation System and the cause of salary
delay of the Newly Hired Public Elementary School Teachers.
Data Gathering Procedure
At the outset of the study, We, as the researcher engaged in the
gathering information related to the research variables. The body
of information gathered have provided us with additional insights
as to the instrument to be used in gathering data.
To start the study, the researcher will deliver a letter of request
for the conduct of the study to the principals of the identified
Elementary Schools within District I and District II namely;

Upon the approval of the request, the researcher will select the
respondents. After identifying the respondents, the questionnaire
will be handed out. Information and response of the respondents
will be processed and subjected to statistical treatment. The
findings will be extracted and analyzed based on the processed
data.
