COMPLAINT
COMES NOW, the plaintif together with the undersigned counsel to this most
honorable court, MOST RESPECTFULLY STATES THAT;
1.
The Plaintif is , married and 59 years old, married, and residing at 321
Dolunan St, Iloilo City..
2.
The Plaintif is the head video photographer and videographer of
Extreme Digital Works.
3.
The Defendant is the assistant of the plaintif at the Extreme Digital
Works. (Exhibit A)
4.
The Plaintif and the Defendant had a heated argument because the
defendant wanted to get a bigger share in one of their projects.(Exhibit B)
5.
The plaintif explained to defendant that the defendant shall entitled
only to lesser share because he has performed lesser tasks.

The defendant instead of listening to the plaintif, the defendant took
out his gun and threatened to harm the plaintif if he will not get a bigger
share or a bigger commission pay.
10. The defendant willfully and maliciously violated the law. The acts of the
defendant constituted grave threats under Article 282 of the Revised Penal
Code.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that judgment be rendered in favor of the plaintif and that
after judgment;
a.
The defendant shall vacate the premises of Extreme Digital Works.
b.
The defendant shall return the motorcycle and the apparels given by
the plaintif .
Such other reliefs and remedies under the premises are likewise prayed for.
