    Soaping

    Soaping is a pretreatment process by which the unfix dyes is remove from


    dyed yarn or fabrics. Its improve the wash and water fastness properties of
    dyed yarn or fabrics.
    Full process of soaping is below:
    Dye bath drain
    Rinse-10 min

    Neutralization
    Hot wash@80CX10min
    Wash with soaping chemicals@95Cx10-20 min
    (1 or 2 times depends on shade %)

    Hot wash@80CX10min
    Rinse-5 min
