THESIS SUMMARY

Praise be to God, the Sustainer of the worlds, and peace be upon prophet
Mohammad, the one sent as rahmat al aalimeen.
I am presenting my thesis to obtain my master degree in Fiqh, titled Bandniji
Fiqh, opinions and studies of the worshiping as a whole .
The thesis is divided into an introduction, preface, three chapters and a
conclusion.
The introduction contains the value of the topic, the reason of choosing it and
method of researchi.
The preface contains three sections.
First, a biography of Al-Bandniji which contains six requisites, the second, a
summery of the Sha afie terminology. The Third, the method used in writing by
the Sha afie creed, it has a preface and two requisites.
First Chapter: Transactions; it has two sections. First: the sales; it has 15
prerequisites. Second: is non-sale. It has 10 prerequisites.
Second Chapter: matters related to marriage. There are two sections. First,
divorce: it has four prerequisites. Second: expenditure, Illa a (the
oath for abstention), Zihar ( divorce by calling the wife as mother
or sister) and Lia an ( pray for the curse of God if one tells a lie.)
There are four prerequisites.
Third chapter: Miscellaneous matters, it has seven sections:
