INDEMNITY: We the undersigned hereby declare and agree that we are participating in the
Speedball competition at our own free will & entirely at our own risk. We agree to abide by all
rules that are determined by the organisers. We further warrant that we are in a fit state of
health to participate.
CONDITIONS OF PLAY
Players must understand all rules and adhere by them
Players must adhere to their chosen roles and their responsibilities and use a log
book to note down what they did each lesson
Players must have played 3 games to qualify for finals
All injuries must be reported and recorded by the first aid officer on the day of the
injury (and then passed onto the teacher to record)
Correct footwear and team uniforms must be worn during competition including hats
Only registered team members can play
No jewellery is to be worn (including watches)
There is to be no talking to the referee unless you are the captain. Sledging of the
opposition, your own team or the referee is a being sent off - automatic 2 game
suspension.
