General Summary of Quarter 4
Our business is located in Toshkent, Uzbekistan and Santiago de Cuba, Cuba. Now we have
2 offices and 6 stores all over the world. This quarter is the last quarter of the year and we
decide to have a sale season at the end of the year to make more circulation into our company.
The concept of the promotion is to sale every thing in our store up to 50% and that will attract
more customer because all of our products are high quality but in the last week of the years we
sell every thing in a lower price. The goal of this promotion is to return profit back to our beloved
customers.
Our goals of quarter 3 are hire more employees, make more efficiency, and expand store
area. In this quarter we reach all of our goals that we have plan in last quarter actually this
quarter is also the first quarter that we can did all of our future goals. And also regard as the
most successful week ever since we open our company.

Summary of Financial Profits and Losses

In this quarter our cash asset is not increase too much because our sponsor spot give us
money anymore. But all of the income in our company is come from our effort. For a business in

Uzbekistan and Cuba are stable which is profitable. We can gain a lot of profit but there
are some weeks that have less profit than other week because we spend money increase
efficiency. We understand that if efficiency is low we cannot get much of profit. So, we must
improve our efficiency and increase profit simultaneously.
Hire more employees we need more employees to serve all of our customers.
Increase efficiency- by training employees and raise their salary.
Expand store area to support enough supply and customers.
Year End Sale end of year promotion sale up to 50%.
Make more circulation to increase sale volume and gain more profit.

According to the graph, you can see that our business is growth very well. Our Company
assets is increased and increased continuously. And we can earn money around 1,500,000$ in
13 weeks. The graph shows that our income is less than from every quarter before because
our sponsor didnt give us money any more. But revenue of our company still increases every
week and stable. Now, our company can stand by ourselves and become successful.

According to the graph, you can see that our company profit is unstable because some
week we have to spend money to improve our efficiency. But in the last week of the year we
can make a lot of profit because our promotion that is Year End Sale can make more
circulation in our company. We know that every one attract with sale products. So, this
promotion can increase of sale volume and gain a lot of profit.
