Saracanlao due to tardiness, laziness and indifferences from her co-workers which led me to decide for her early dismissal from service. First, after instructing her several times to wake up early in the morning and prepare breakfast and hot water for my family and other workers, still she disregarded said instructions. Second, though she was allowed to sleep after lunch, she was too insensitive to notice that she overslept resulting for her failure to comply with other chores.
