1. Create a table and include the following:
a. Formulate at least 5 research questions that you think are the most important to address in your Awareness campaign project.

Campaign available? How do you create visual effects to catch peoples attention?)
b. Indicate the references you used to gather information. (Important: There should be both primary and secondary sources)
c. Summarize the relevant information you gathered.
d. Discuss the significance of the information to Awareness campaign project.

Summary of
research Information
gathered:

1. How will people

remember my
campaign? Logo?
Catchphrase?

Media; a Live Case Study." Tarek Shalaby How to Create a

Your campaign should

have a simple but
recognizable logo, can be
made using Illustrator or
Inkscape. Avoid spending
too much time on it- about
30 minutes only.

2. How can my
campaign give
enough information
without sounding
boring?

Adatia, Sarah. "Campaign Questions." Interview by Una M.

Johnson. n.d.: n. pag. Print.

Dont put too many facts;

dont overdo it. Pictures
should have captions but
not too many. Dont make
a bunch of paragraphs.
Spread out information.

3. How can my
"How To: Organize an Awareness Campaign About Animal
campaign pull at the Cruelty."Https://www.dosomething.org/actnow/actionguide/or
hearts of watchers
ganize-awareness-campaign-about-animal-cruelty. N.p., n.d.
and persuade them

Use images!! My
campaign is about animal
abuse- so use pictures of
sad-looking animals to pull

How will the

information help
in the Awareness
campaign project:
I know which site to use
and how long I should set
aside to make it, and how
it should be designed. A
logo or catchphrase
makes the person
watching it remember the
campaign more.
I have ideas on how to
make my campaign
interesting and not boring
and dull. If the campaign
is dull, people who watch
it become easily bored
and wont remember the
campaign, or wont really
care; if there is too much
information it will just slip
out of the watchers mind.
I know a good strategy on
how to persuade the
watcher. Pictures, as well
as being emotional, also

to help?

4. What can I do to
attract attention to
my campaign? As in
catching the
watchers eye-

5. How can my
campaign be
spread?

at dog or cat lovers

hearts. Or anyone, its
usually effective.
Should make a plan and
brainstorm ideas, you can
put information that
people will pay attention
to- evidence pictures,
quotes, sayings, videos,
ect- make it colourful!
You should have a web
page/website with its
domain, and it should be
able to be shared with
others easily- with a click
of a button. Post it often
on Twitter or Facebook.

make it more interesting

than a bunch of words.
I have some ideas on
attracting attention to my
campaign so that
watchers will be
interested.
I know how my campaign
can be spread around
from watcher to watcher;
whether Ill use Facebook
or Twitter for it I dont
know. A campaign should
be easy to spread so more
people watch it and know
about the issue.

2. Write the design brief:

a. In 1 paragraph, summarize your analysis of the significance of the research you conducted.
b. In 1 paragraph, write your project proposal:
What are you making? (Brief description of your proposed product/solution)
Who will benefit from your proposed product/solution? (Target audience/users)
How useful is your proposed product/solution? (Purpose of the product/solution)
If you are not familiar with writing a design brief, check this example: https://myp-tech.wikispaces.com/Design+Brief
According to the research I collected,
My campaign will be in the form of a video. It will not have voice, just captions. It will have various pictures- animals (dogs, cats) after
being uncared for by their owners, and then while they have a good home. I will include facts, but not too many- some statistics on how
many animals are uncared for, abused for fun, ect, and how you, the watcher, can help- watch out for uncared for animals, animals are not
toys and cannot live for themselves easily
