ABSTRACT

This project development program called UC-METC QMR Department Tagging

and Directory Information System is a web-based application that will improve the
current system of UC-METC. This project will focus on classifying documents according
to its uses through the use of document tagging which will be manage and organize
properly.

The system will provide fast and reliable information for different users which
may include the process of storing, updating, and retrieving of information between
entities. Moreover, the system will be using HTML and CSS for front-end and PHP,
MySQL and Javascript for the back-end.

The project can be used as a reference for a new starter in creating their own
computerize document tagging management system, practitioners who would like to
refresh their knowledge will also find this proposal useful and informative. In general, the
proponents will do its best for the accomplishment of this project.
