History
Trip: Monday 2nd
March Arrive

The children will be immersing


themselves into their
imaginations and creating a
story based on what they may
find behind a mysterious
door
Re-count: Following our trip to
Leeds castle the children will
be writing a re-count of their
adventures they had on the
day!
Information writing: The
children will be gathering
information on castles and
what life was like in medieval
times to produce information
pages for project books.

Castles
Through research, a trip to
Leeds castle and first hand
experiences, the children
will be learning what
castles were for, who lived
in them and what life was
like in medieval times.

Mathematics
Home learning journals
should be returned
every MONDAY
morning for journal
sharing.
