The undersigned respectfully requests for the EXTENSION OF SERVICES of the following plantilla casual employees of

Further undersigned respectfully requests for the appointment of Ms. Mary Joyce S. Quinones as a plantilla casual vice Ms.
Simplicia DL. Ormilla who will retire on June 24, 2013.
Every post election period, the Law Department is the busiest, if not one of the departments most saddled with various
tasks. Aside from the investigation and prosecution of election offense cases and administrative cases arising from the complaints
filed with the Law Department, conducting fact finding investigations, answering legal queries and rendering legal opinions, these
department is now receiving the Minutes of Canvass of the proceedings from all the provincial, city and municipal boards of
canvassers from all the regions nationwide. As part of the post election activities, the department will also be receiving, processing
and monitoring the voluminous Statements of Expenditures and Contributions to be filed by all candidates who participated in the
recently concluded May 13, 2013 National, Local and Regional ARMM Elections.
For the above reasons, the continuous employment of the above plantilla casual employees is necessary for they have
been trained in their respective assignments as presently distributed in the Office of the Director, Investigation and Prosecution
Division (IPD) and the Legal Opinion and Research Division (L.O.R.D)
IN THE LIGHT OF THE FOREGOING CONSIDERATIONS, the undersigned strongly RECOMMENDS the extension of the

appointments of the above-named nine (9) and additional appointment of one (1) plantilla casuals from July 1, 2013 to December 31,
2013.
