Differentiating Instruction through Technology

In life all student will come to a point in their life when they realize that they learn different
from other student. The good thing is it doesnt make the student any different from the other
student in the class because all the students will learn in many different ways. As a teacher I will
understand that every student learns at a different rate but each student will still be required to
fulfill there requirement in the class. Everyone will learn things different but that doesnt make
anyone different from the group all student come to school for the same thing to receive an
education.
As a teacher in the class I have experience student learning at different level, and what I have
gotten out of the experience is the student are more likely to receive more help when the student
see that everyone is receiving additional help. First you never want to single a student out
because of their struggle of learning different, I believe that it is better for the teacher to teach as
if no one in the class has a problem with learn different that way the student all feel equal and
normal. I remember when I was a student and I was in the fifth grade and I struggled with taking
notes because I was more of a hands on learn so what I did for student in the class not to notice I
would begin on the homework or worksheet while the teacher was teaching because while she
was working out the problem on the board I was physically work the other problem out and this

way of learn help me for many years. I know am a better learn and have work to take better notes
and class anything is possible as a student or a person when you put your mind to it and stay
determine.
This may not be for everyone but do you remember or have you know someone that when
they wrote there notes in school they seem to be ledge able but once getting home the student
was unable to read what they wrote. Well in my class if I had a student like that I would
communicated with their and talk to them about the technology called livescibe. Livescribe is a
technology were when a student write the writing is then transfer to a tablet which then convert
the information over to text which is then able to be better read by the student(2007-2015
Livescribe.) The Pro of this technology is that it will better help the students write notes but also
help them become better learn because their struggles with writing have been resolved. The con
of the technology is those students that have extremely poor penmanship may confuse the
technology and when transferring the information from the pen to a device it may not transcribe
the information properly.
In conclusion everyone is different and that just how god made us. Every student that a teacher
will interact will always have some struggles and as the teacher it important to come up with
ways to accommodate the student but not to treat the student any different because the fact of the
matter everyone thing and complete work differently but the true focus is the student education
