The fourth house denotes mother , education , abroad for higher education ,house ,
landed property , domestic happiness , vehicle ground water professional significance
agriculture ,manufacturing educational centres etc .
Mother - If the 4th sub lord is not significator of marak & badhak house from 4 th house
(cusp ) -mother will be long lived by age .
If the 4th sub lord is with lagna sub lord & also significator of 1 2 5 9 or 11 houses
( cusps ) - good relation with mother .
If the 4th sub lord is significator of 3 6 8 12 houses - bad relation with mother .
EDUCATION- If the 4th & 1st lord are significator of 3 8 12 houses possibility of even basic
