PASSAGE PLAN FOR RMN TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS. THIS
PLAN ALSO TRANSFORMING THE RMN PERSONNEL TO BE
A WORLD CLASS NAVY & CREDIBLE FLEET TO PRESERVE
MALAYSIAS SOVEREIGNTY AND PROMOTE ITS MARITIME
INTEREST.
