ACADEMIC PROGRAM FEES 2015-16


Pre-Primary (Ages 18m 3 years) - Students remain in this class all year.
Students turning four during the academic year enroll in the Primary Half Day or Full Day
program.
Half Day - Students enjoy the morning curriculum.

Full Day - Students enjoy the morning curriculum, eat lunch and then participate in
activities to meet the needs of our youngest students including a nap/resting period,
outdoor activities to further develop their large motor skills, or indoor activities such as
art or music if the weather is an issue.

Primary (Ages 3-6 years) Students who are five years old on or before September 1st
are eligible to attend Full Day/Kindergarten.
Half Day - Half day and full day students enjoy the morning curriculum together
until 11:45.

Full Day - Half day and full day students enjoy the morning curriculum together until
11:45. Students then eat lunch, have a short recess and resume curriculum activities.

Full Day/Kindergarten (5 years old on or by September 1st)


Half day and full day students work together in their primary classroom until 11:45.
After lunch and a short recess, Kindergarten students work on specific curriculum
objectives.

Elementary School (Grades 1-6)

Middle School (Grades 7-8)


High School (Grades 9-12)

ADDITIONAL FEES
Field Trips: Kindergartners periodically take a field trip within walking distance and may incur a small charge such as having yogurt at TCBY
(yogurt store). Costs for field trips (except some lunches) for Elementary and above students are included in the tuition, expect for MS/HS
end-of-the year trips which varies according to expenses for transportation/lodging/activities.
Hot lunches are provided Monday-Thursday for an additional charge of $360 (after Labor Day and through April).
Outside educational programs to either enhance or bring a student up to grade level (ex: dyslexia, ESL, brain-based programs) cost varies by program.

EXTENDED CARE PROGRAMS Fee is per child.

Additional fees are waived if siblings are in the same curriculum program.

Tuition Deposit and 60 Day Pre-payment: Due as specified for all returning students and due upon return of enrollment materials for new students.
In the event that a family must withdraw, this payment helps to secure our required 60 academic day paid notice of withdrawal.
Tuition payments are non-refundable except in the case of full payment for semi-annual or annual tuition less a 60 academic day withdrawal fee.
Payment Plans:
Plan 1 Payment in full by check on or before March 25th will receive a 5% discount.
Plan 2 Two equal payments. Payment one is due on the 10th of June and payment two is due on the 10th of November.
Plan 3 Ten Monthly payments due on the 10th of each month from June-March. First payment must be received by June 10th.
