    Geothermal resources can be used for different applications depending on their temperature. Low temperature geothermal resources below 100 degrees Celsius can be used for greenhouse heating and aquaculture. Moderate temperature resources from 100 to 150 degrees Celsius can provide heat for district heating, greenhouses and industrial processes. High temperature geothermal above 150 degrees Celsius can generate electricity and provide heat for district heating or other industrial uses.
