ESTIMATION METHODS OF THE LINEAR SYSTEMS STATE VARIABLES
In this work we researched the task of estimations of state variables vectors norm of dynamic system. Constraint control in the form of linear state feedback is considered. The estimation
is produced with application of Lyapunov's function method, an inequality of Cauchy and invariant ellipsoids. Analytical expressions, defining conditions of the guaranteed systems stability, are
received. Simulation of the linear system with constraint control is led at the various initial conditions which results prove the specified expressions.

DESIGN METHOD OF SYSTEMS WITH CONTROLLER ON OUTPUT
AND DISTURBANSES
The article deals with an analytical method for the design of systems with controller on output
and disturbances. Controller of this type allow you to control not only the poles of the system, but
also its zeros, which ensures stability control systems linear objects of arbitrary type as stable or
unstable. This takes into account the conditions of physical realizability controller, and stability conditions do not contradict the conditions of astatism and accuracy. Solution to the problem of synthesis
of structure and parameters of the desired controller is reduced to solving systems of linear algebraic
equations. The effectiveness of the proposed method is shown on the numerical example.

ALGORITHM FOR ADAPTIVE LINEARIZATION TRANSFER
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ELECTRONIC AMPLIFYING DEVICES
We suggest one of the possible solutions the problem linearization nonlinear static characteristics of electronic devices, which based at the principle adaptive inverse modeling of objects
such as black box. As an example are considered the algorithm of adaptive compensation nonlinear characteristic power amplifier. This algorithm can be an alternative to traditional digital
predystorter at the basis of LUT-tables. The results of computer simulation confirm the effectiveness of proposed solutions. There is ease of digital implementation of adaptive algorithms by
means of microcircuitry.

MULTI-BEAM ADAPTIVE ARRAY
The paper considers the multi-beam adaptive antenna array, which weights are computed
by means of a linearly constrained recursive least squares algorithm. The array is used for the
receiving of constant modulus desired signals and for the combating of interferences which may be
uncorrelated or correlated with desired signals. Simulation results demonstrate the efficiency of
the solution of the above mentioned tasks.

EXPERIMENTALLY-ANALYTICAL METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION
OF LOW-FREQUENCY OBJECTS
The problem of identification of dynamic objects from experimental data, is one of the major
problems in modern control theory. Identification is a must and the most difficult stage in the process of solving applied problems. The need to optimize the solution of practical problems through
the rational identification stimulate progress in the theory of classical direction. In work the method of identification of objects under their frequency characteristics and accelerating curves is
presented. The estimation of an error of identification by comparison of characteristics of model
and real object, and also with result of identification by a method of Simoju is executed.

THE METHOD OF EXPANSION OF A NUMERICAL RANGE AT VERTICAL
ARITHMETIC TREATMENT
The paper proposes the method of vertical summation of the stream of integers of binary
numbers, which excludes the loss of significant digits and ensures accuracy of execution of operations in the format of the fixed-point in all the time during the flow processing. Presented algorithms, assessments of the time complexity, describes the architecture of multiprocessor computing
system oriented at the realization of the proposed method. In this paper are also shown the diagram of the vertical stream processing in format with fixed-point, structure of the AIM for streaming processing in a vertical format with a fixed point for which the samples are made in their calculations as a set of input components consisting of the input array.

THE ITERATIVE ALGORITHMS OF A DETERMINATION OF ANALOGUE
SIGNALS SAMPLING FREQUENCY IN THE CONTROL AND THE
SUPERVISING SYSTEMS
Sampling frequency of low-frequency signals is defined by errors of three processes: sampling; recovery; signal delay. The estimation of influence of these three processes traditionally is
based on the use of concept of boundary frequency. At increasing of accuracy of representation of
sensors signals there are problems of obtaining of their finite spectrum and determination of a

43

value of boundary frequency. In work the iterative algorithms of a computation of sampling frequency of real signals in control and supervising systems without use of concept of boundary frequency are considered.
Sampling frequency; recovery of signals; delay of signals; boundary frequency; control systems.

SYNTHESIS OF DISCRETE NONMINIMUM-PHASE TRACKING LOOP
SYSTEM
Synthesis of two degree of freedom control device of discrete tracking loop system by specified quality parameters is investigated in the given paper. Classification of nonminimum-phase
one-dimensional control object is suggested. Method of synthesis of discrete nonminimum-phase
astatic tracking loop systems with multivariable control device is offered. The method provides
specified quality parameters of synthesized tracking loop system both for transient and stable
mode. Example of synthesis of discrete astatic tracking loop system of nonminimum-phase object
is described.

PULSE-POTENTIAL ADCS OF MIXED SOC IN CMOS-BASIS
We consider the solution of analog-digital conversion based on the principle of the frequency (pulse) transformation of initial physical quantities. The structural organization of the ADC
provides a multichannel input into the area of microcontroller's RAM and evaluation of input
quantity derivative. For technical process SGB25VD in CMOS-basis we developed principal
schemes of basic ADC nodes. The simulation results of 14-bit ADC in Cadence Virtuoso are presented. We made the conclusions and showed ways of accuracy improvenment.

DRIFT FREE SPECTRUM LIMITERS WITH WIDENED OPERATING
FREQUENCY RANGE
The principles of constructing Drift free limiter range with extension-cussed a range of operating frequencies on the basis of superemkosti. The efficiency of using multifferentsialnyh operational amplifiers in the structure for the organization of chains superemkosti own compensation
and minimize the parametric sensitivity of the ladder filter. It is shown that the use of chains and
their own mutual compensation allows high frequency properties of D-elements. To process in a
CMOS SGB25VD basis developed a schematic diagram of a ladder filter of third order, the results

COMPENSATION METHOD OF INTEGRAL BAND-GAP VOLTAGE
REFERENCES SECOND ORDER COMPONENT INFLUENCE ON
TEMPERATURE STABILITY
Integral band-gap voltage references with high temperature stability design issues
are considered. Temperature stability incensement achieves by parametric compensating
for first and second order components of base-emitter voltage temperature drift.
First order temperature drift components compensate realized by traditional method. At the
same time second order temperature drift components compensation realized by transistor base
current gain factor dependence of the temperature.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF ADAPTIVE FILTERS
BASED ON LMS AND RLS ALGORITHMS
The paper considers the methodology of the investigation of adaptive filters based on LMS
and RLS algorithms, used for the computation of the filters weights. Simulation results of linear
system identification by means of the filters and the results interpretation are included. Considered
simulation shows the known properties of adaptive filters based on LMS-and RLS-algorithms, as
well as allow you to define the parameters of adaptive filters, in which there are differences the
properties obtained with the expected theoretical properties.

MODELING SEDIMENT TRANSPORT BASED ON EXPERIMENTAL
STUDIES IN AZOV SEA
This paper presents the results of experimental studies in the Taganrog Bay in October
2011. By results of experimental studies formed the basis of a mathematical model of sediment
transport in coastal waters. The proposed model considers the following factors: sediment
transport in the near-bed layer; suspension, diffusion, settling; suspended sediment transport.
Description of the hydrodynamic processes performed on the basis of the Navier-Stokes equations.
A subgrid model Smogorinskogo was used to describe the turbulent exchange coefficient. Experiments were performed using two modern devices ADCP and SBE 19 Plus.

TREE-DIMENSIONAL MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF A MOTION OF THE
AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT, THE SURFACE OF WHICH IS COVERED BY
ICE PLATE
This article is dedicated to the development of mathematical approaches of the study of hydrodynamic processes in an homogeneous fluid, the surface of the active stresses and initial disturbances. A mathematical model of the motion of w in the reservoir is partially covered by ice
plate. For this task, the numerical solution determines the behavior of the fluid under these conditions. It creates a three-dimensional discrete finite-volume model describing the hydrodynamic
processes, taking into account the ice cover on the surface. Designed program was developed to
build three-dimensional velocity fields of motion of the aquatic environment in the event of mathematical modeling of the reservoir area covered by an ice layer. The numerical model is threedimensional; the decision is based on the Navier-Stokes approximations. To construct a numerical algorithm, a method of splitting by physical processes was used.
The ice plate; hydrodynamics; the equations of fluid motion; the equations of continuity; the
occupancy rate.

FULL-WAVE SIMULATION OF RECONFIGURABLE FREQUENCY
SELECTIVE SURFACES AND MICROSTRIP REFLECTARRAYS
The solution of the problem of a full-wave simulation of reconfigurable rectennas based on
printed lattices has been obtained. Microstrip reflectarrays (RAA) and frequency selective surfaces (FSS) are considered. The possible FSS/RAA application area is discussed and its shown these
EM stuctures are the very attractive type of array for smart covers components designing at microwaves. Computer simulation is made using mathematical model based on periodical structures
theory and integral equation solution. Some numerical and experimental results presented prove
the possibility of FSS/RAA application as smart covers microwave module.
Reconfigurable printed lattice; frequency selective surface; microstip multielement reflective type antenna array.

THE SCHEME OF PROTECTION AGAINST SIMULTANEOUS OPENING
OF TWO OR MORE TRIACS
In given article one of variants of the solution of a question of prevention of simultaneous
insert of two or more triacs where as the voltage data unit it is used itself triac is considered, and
as the optical transformer of a voltage the optron is applied.
The circuit design of protection against simultaneous opening of two or more triacs, having
the certain advantages, consisting that the probability of occurrence of an emergency decreases is
developed, and the control signal take off only after failure. Application of the developed circuit
design most effectively when in the plan except triacs the power high-speed electronic key which
ungears all circuit design is used.
Triac, an electronic key; high-speed; an emergency; a circuitry.

REGULATOR WITHOUT THE DERIVATIVE COMPONENT FOR CONTROL
OF THE INDUSTRIAL OBJECTS
Necessity of application of a compensating feedback for the Pi-regulator is proved in work.
The purpose of application of this feedback consists in elimination in a regulator of a derivative
component and considerable improvement of indicators of quality of control in comparison with
PDD and PIDD2 algorithms. For acknowledgement of the put forward thesis the same example, as
for the specified algorithms is considered. Advantages of an offered control device on reliability

135

and economic efficiency become even more obvious at its realization in the microcontroller, as it
allows to be arranged easily under any control object, does not demand of the power amplifier in
the executive block and weakens deterioration of properties of mechanical parts of system thanks
to absence of fluctuations in transient.
Microcontroller; compensating feedback; improvement of indicators of quality; increase of
reliability and economic efficiency.

DEVELOPMENT MODELS AND METHODS OF ANALYSIS
AND EVALUATION THE TEST RESULTS
The approach for task solution in condition of indeterminacy of source information is developed in the article. This method is differed by formalization test system parameters in the form of
linguistic variables and with the use of decision-making model based the use of the composition
model of fuzzy deduction rules. This model complement the well-known statistical models of estimated results of testing knowledge which not only reduce the degree of information uncertainty
but also to increase objectivity of the test results assessment. The object-oriented software application destined for processing of test results and knowledge assessment is worked out in the article.
Model; fuzzy logic; composition model; testing.

RANKING CRITERIA FOR PARETO-OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS
OF MULTIOBJECTIVE PROBLEMS
In this paper, attention was paid to ranking criteria by experts using the binary (in general,
fuzzy) relations. After completing the ranking task appears the decision-making based on multicriteria selection. This problem is a problem scalarization of the vector criterion, the transformation of a set of integral criterion. The solution to this problem in the area will be a Pareto
choice of a single Pareto-optimal solutions, describing the state of the system, in which the value
of each partial criterion that describes the state of the system can not be improved without deterioration of other elements.
Ranking; criterion; expert, Pareto optimality.

FORMALIZATION PREFERENCES IN EXPERT GROUP DECISION MAKING
This article describes the approaches to the formalization of the preferences of experts, as
well as methods of measurement criteria, provide an analysis of stochastic combinations of criteria that justified the use of the approximately quantitative measurements are the methods of expert
estimation. In cases of extreme complexity of the problem, its newness, the lack of available information, it is necessary to address the recommendations of competent professionals who know the
problem to the experts. Since the choice of the optimal solution reduces to the choice of the optimal estimate of the set of all possible combinations of values assessment criteria, the description
of the preferences of expert (s) is the most important factor in the search for optimal solutions.

APPLICATION OF GENETIC ALGORITHMS FOR OPTIMIZATION
OF TRANSPORT PROBLEMS
The article deals with the the description and classification of transport problems, made of
the description of classical algorithms and their shortcomings identified at the system level, indicating that the solution of large-scale problems exact methods are not effective-governmental
criteria for the rate decision. Due to their more time-spending, based on this paper we propose a
genetic algorithms and fuzzy sys-tem basis or application of fuzzy genetic algorithms for solving
transport problems, which differ from existing methods of optimization and ease of implementation
of the algorithmic process control with incomplete data for Economic and risk.
The transportation problem; algorithm; fuzzy system.

ABOUT BISPECTRAL WAVELET ANALYSIS OF DATA
The article discusses the associative mapping hyper-spectral analysis of such fundamental
phenomena as the temporal dynamics of phase coupling between the components in the signals to
provide a set of spatial and temporal data related and independent entities, as well as short-lived
structures. This will enable the identification of indicator features for recognition as separate
segments of the underlying surface, and their correlation to their biospektral wavelet analysis.

ADAPTIVE FUZZY MODELS IN THE TASK AUTOMATICALLY
OPTIMIZATION OF BOILERS
In this paper the boiler optimization is considered. The adaptive model is constructed with
the use of fuzzy logic, due to difficulties in describing the system. Also it is proposed to use adaptive fuzzy model, which was chosen because of high-quality opportunity of expert initial values can
give. However, it is proposed to build a hybrid model that includes other structures, such as neural
networks, regression models, because of the difficulties of system adaptation. So, in this paper is
proposed the construction of a hybrid adaptive model, which will change its characteristics in real
time and optimize the parameters of the object by changing the control mode.
Adaptive models; optimization; fuzzy logic; neural network; hybrid models; boiler.

SYSTEMS OF DECISION-MAKING IN FUZZINESS OF DATA
In this paper, we consider the systems of decision-making. When we solve the control tasks
of many production processes we have a need to develop an efficient control system that can function in fuzziness data. This task connects with many factors. There are identification of control
object, detection of fuzzinesses, definition of objectives, detection of set of alternatives, generation
of quality indexes. As method of decision-making we choose the model of the definition of validity
solutions. The solution is generated by the base of rules of fuzzy productions and theory of fuzzy
set. In conclusion, we can see that estimate of received results is made.
The system of decision-making; fuzziness; the model of the definition of validity solutions estimate; set.

WORDS SCALE, OPERA TIONS ON THE SEGMENTS, PARTITIONING
Today one of the most pressing problems is word-processing models development that orients on semantic interpretation. It should be noted that there are many problems in the semantic
interpretation of textual information, due to the complexity of the natural language and the lack of
suitable and adequate models for its interpretation.
We propose formal concepts and procedures that allow us to do text processing with the use
of mathematical operations. It is proposed word scale of the sentences, hierarchical structure of
segments of the scale for sentence representation. Partition of the word scale and procedure of its
producing, combinatorial output cardinality marks are illustrated.
Semantic interpretation; words scale; segment; partitioning.

THE MATHEMATICAL SIMULATION OF MICROWAVE DEVICES
OF SPATIAL, FREQUENCY AND POLARIZATION SELECTION, BASED
ON RECONFIGURABLE MICROSTRIP REFLECTARRAYS

DESIGN OF THE NONLINEAR A STATIC CONTROL SYSTEMS
The design method of nonlinear control systems with static to not measured disturbances
is proposed. The control compensating of external not measured disturbances is constructed on
the estimations of disturbances and their derivatives on time. These estimations are formed from
state variables of real object and additional integrators of the device and state variables estimations of a some equivalent system .The nonlinear control device includes the observer of a showed
equivalent system and integrators which number is defined by a point of disturbances is action
and the static order. The numerical example of design is given.
Nonlinear system; a static; equivalent system; the state observer.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF SYSTEM OF HEATING
OF THE MANY-STOREYED BUILDING
The analysis of schemes of dependent joining of systems of heating is made. With the mixing
pump on a crosspiece between the direct and return pipeline the scheme of connection is developed for 9 floor apartment houses. The mathematical model of thermal balance is developed. Expressions for a thermal stream through mixing pump and regulating valve are defined. The model
of losses through protecting designs is presented. The full mathematical model of thermal balance
and dependence of a share of opening of the valve and productivity of the pump is received. Research of model for a number of temperatures of external air is executed.

DISTRIBUTION OF SEQUENCE OF SUBTASKS AT MANUFACTURE
SCHEDULING
The problem of scheduling of the discrete manufacture, consisting in calculation of the optimum output plan taking into account the major factors influencing its volume is considered. As
criterion of an optimality of the planned schedule the general level of the expenses connected with
performance of production target is accepted. The algorithm of transition from the general model
to private, different is presented by conditions-restrictions. The complex account of influence of all
given restrictions represents one of actual problems of an operational administration the industrial enterprises.
