Directions: Choose 3 activities from each box on page 1-Service, 2 - Education, and four
activities from page 3 Progress. Progress requires 4 activities. RED Bolded activities are

required.

Activity 1
Donate 5 hours of service to an
educational or service organization.
Must use community service form

under leadership advantage)

Activity 5
Participate in a promotional or fundraising project for The March of
Dimes. Write a description of the
activity, no fewer than 100 words
AND create a flyer promoting the
activity and organization. Be sure to
include that it is sponsored by FBLA.

Describe a fundraising idea that you
have for the March of Dimes. The
description should be no fewer than
100 words. Include the time limit
on fundraising and the amount of
money you hope to raise.

Activity 2
Prepare a bulletin board or
display promoting FBLA or
one of its activities. Check

georgiafbla.org, or fbla-pbl.org for
information on activities and ideas.
Activity 7
Choose a service organization in
your community to research. Write
a one- page (300 words) essay on
the organization. Be prepared to
describe the organization to the
class.

a community service event for your
local FBLA chapter to participate in.

Participate in a service project
for FBLA (March of Dimes, St.
Judes, Toy Drive, etc) Write a
100-word summary describing
what you learned from
participating on this committee

service activity and prepare a
PowerPoint presentation on how
it will be organized and what will
be accomplished.

other chapters have done and

include a full description of your
activities in the agenda

a score of 92 or higher.

Tomorrow's Business Leader, FBLA's
national publication. Write a onepage letter in proper business format
summarizing and reacting to this article.

Activity 17
Bring a friend who is a
nonmember to an FBLA
meeting. Write a short
paragraph describing what went
on and naming the friend.
Activity 20
Write a letter inviting a business
person to speak at an FBLA
meeting. Be sure to tell them
something about FBLA and what
you would like them to talk
about. Letter must be in proper
business format. An addressed
envelope should be created as
well and sent to the business
leader.
Activity 23
Compose a tweet, facebook
message, or text inviting five
friends to the
next FBLA meeting in Microsoft
Word FIRST.
Make sure to include the
following: Date, Time, and
Location of Meeting AND Five
sentences explaining why they
should come. This should be
done in Word first, saved, and
printed. Then send the message
1 of 3 ways: text message (copy

or vturner@treutlen.k12.ga.us ,
the Treutlen FBLA Facebook
page - comment 5 friends, or
Twitter page so that Mrs. Kilgore
and/or Mr. Turner can see it.

Attend at least 3 meetings
and prepare a one-page paper
that includes the date of each
meeting and a bulleted list of
meeting highlights.(You may
use the meeting agendas to help
you.)

Activity 21
Attend a local chapter activity/
event. Prepare a 100-word
summary describing this event
or activity.

Activity 24
Prepare an invitation inviting
friends to the next FBLA
meeting. Look on the class
website, bulletin board, or ask
FBLA officers to find out meeting
dates and times.

Complete the FBLA Bingo Worksheet.

Activity 22
Read the FBLA Creed and write a business
memo about what the creed means
to you and your future in the business
world. Be sure to use proper memo
format. (Use the Format Guide on the
