Re: Demand To Cease and Desist

I write on behalf of Ariva Events Management, Inc. and Mr. Joe Mar A. Matienzo,
sole proprietor of Ariva Events Management (the DTI-registered sole proprietorship), to
demand that you immediately cease and desist from using the certificates enumerated below; and
that you also cease and desist from (mis)representing to the public (or to anyone for that matter)
that you have attended and completed the learning events mentioned in the said certificates:

Records of Ariva Events Management, Inc. (as the corporate upgrade of Ariva Events
Management) and of Mr. Joe Mar A. Matienzo(doing business under the name and style of
Ariva Events Management), who organized, co-organized, sponsored or co-sponsored the
above-enumarated learning events, show that you are not among the registered participants who
attended and successfully completed the said learning events.
If you still persist in committing such misrepresentation against the general public and
against the interest and reputation of Ariva Events Management, Inc. and of Mr. Joe Mar A.
Matienzo, I, as their attorney, shall be constrained to initiate the appropriate criminal and civil
actions against you without further notice within FIVE (5) days from your receipt of this letter.
Note that you have been duly warned and notified.
