    14thofMarch.

    Instruments:YoumustbringyourhomeinstrumenttoMPA.Makesureitispackedfortravelonabuswith
    manyotherstudentsandinstruments.Itisyourresponsibilitytobringyourpersonalmusic.
    Everyonemusthaveacopyofthemusic.Bringinganextrasetofstringsisalsoagoodideain
    caseonepopsorbreaksbeforeperformance.

    TripCost:The$20feeincludesyourstudentsentrycostintothecompetition,dinner,andtransportationto
    theevent.
    Students:afterreadingandagreeingtothefollowingstatementschecktheboxandsignyourname.
