General Summary of Quarter

In this quarter we can make more profit in every store. We already increase
the volume of the product and costumer still by our product will ran out of product
every week that mean we can make more profit.
Second are jewelry stores (TumTanRong and H&N). From the quarter 3 the
report of this company not quite good as we want. We decide to shut down the
store because it cannot make any profit to us, but make a lot of expend. Then we
need to cut it out from our business. H&N store is still the same we can make a
constant profit from this store.
Third is Skylight store. This store can make a profit to us not less than H&N
store. This store we sell a cloths and toy such as business suit, T-shirt, doll and gift.
Most profit that we make is come from business suit. We increase the sale volume
to make more profit, and we have planned to develop the store in the future.

Summary of financial profits & losses

The financial of my business. The big part of the profit still coming from the jewelry
store in Lithuania and Cloths store in Havana in Cuba. The product that can make a
best profit to my company are Diamond ring and Business suit. On the other hand, the
technology product such as DSLR camera and T.V. not make a profit much because
people not favor much about this. The product that costumer not favor we stop to
order it already and focus on product that costumer want.
After we know which product those customers want, we focus on the product and
try control the quality and prime cost all the time. If we can find the product the
cheaper or more quality but same cost we will change the product all the time to
make sure that costumer will receive the best quality in cheaper price.
