Set-up & Teardown
Procedures
Set-up:
Takes 5 people an average of hour and a half to lay 1 court.
Courts must be built wide, then long.
Courts consist of 13 sheets wide & 24 sheets long.
4x4 tile squares are laid 3 rows of solid color, then 2-9-2, then 3 rows of solid
Carpet is laid 2 ft. from the side lines and from end-to-end.
Courts are mopped and then taped
Courts are taped on the inside.
‘The center line is the center of the 36/37" square.
10 ft. line is the back of the 12 tile from the center line.
10. Serving hash marks go the length 2 square behind the service line.

Teardown:
1. Bring gloves
2. If you bring a broom stick it can be used to help separate squares.
3. Crates are filled with the same color (on both sides).
. Tiles must be placed in with rings going towards the back of the crate
