MAPA-NSTP ON-LINE LEARNING EXERCISE

Read and explain the importance of the topic discussed on chapter 2 in relation
to our upcoming community project implementation.
The topic discussed on Chapter 2 is about Community Visit Protocols. This topic
is very important because it serves as a guide for us on what to do before, during and
after a community service. Protocol is a system of rules that explain the correct
conduct and procedures to be followed in formal situations just like in our upcoming
community outreach we must act accordingly with the people.
Prior leaving for the community, Students shall meet their Facilitators within
the premises of the Institute preferably in their respective classrooms. Facilitator
shall orient the class with their community activities. The class shall go to the
community together. No students will be allowed to follow their class in the event that
they came to class late. And be simple and comfortable in dressing.
During the community activity, The Facilitator shall discuss the purpose of the
visit and the activities to be conducted. Students are to observe proper decorum and
behavior. Know the purpose and limitation of the visit. Documentation of the activity
should be made through pictures.
After the community activity, the class shall go back to the Institute. The
Facilitator shall accomplish any of the required documents pertaining to the concluded
community activity. The class should discuss the comments, feedbacks and the plan
for the next visit.
