COMPLAINT
The undersigned Complainant hereby accuses JASON HONA y CANO, accused, in the
Municipality of Canaman, Province of Camarines Sur, Philippines, within the
jurisdiction of the Court, of the crime of SLIGHT PHYSICAL INJURIES committed by
the said accused on February 26, 2015 when he did then and there, willfully,
unlawfully, and feloniously, with malice and aforethought, treacherously attacked
Complainant inside her home by punching her in the head and parts of her body.
CONTRARY TO LAW.
