Miss Dipede is committed to her professional growth and eagerly pursues opportunities to become involved in the school
community. Ms Dipede became involved with the after school weight room program and also helped students who went in to
complete class assignments. Ms Dipede adhered to the administrative and profressional protocols of our school.

Miss Dipede communicated well with the students. She used correct grammar and syntax. The language used was suitable to
the age group being taught. The majority of questions and responses were handled effectively. Ms. Dipede's voice is effective
and projects well.

Miss Dipede demonstrated a good knowledge of the subject material. She applied concepts of the lessons in examples and
assignments given to students. She has the ability to organize, interpret and explain the subject matter at hand to the appropriate
grade. Miss Dipede was well aware of the many resources available to her. She was also very open to suggestions that would
help her prepare and deliver the subject matter.

Miss Dipede protrayed herself in a professional manner at all times. She consistently dressed appropriately throughout her time
at St. Jean de Brebeuf. She developed a good rapport with both the students and staff and treated everyone in a respectful
manner. Ms Dipede was punctual. Ms Dipede met all professional Standards of Practice. She did not hestitate to ask for
assistance. Miss Dipede maintained enthusiasm in all situations.

Overall Comments:
Student were made aware of the standards of behaviour expected from the start. Miss Dipede encouraged the use of courteous
and correct language. Discipline problems were addressed directly. Miss Dipede insisted on the students' full attention before
giving any lesson or instruction. Classroom management was successful with all classes. Strategic placement within the
classroom and gym helped in maintaining good classroom management as well as safety.

Overall Comments:
Miss Dipede used Ministry and Departmental requirements to prepare for classes. The practical component of Miss Dipede
lesson demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the subject matter. The lesson plans were functional, relevant and
reflected progression of the material. Necessary materials were gathered for each lesson and plans were developed for each
lesson. Miss Dipede's time management showed excellent improvement throughtout the teaching session. She was flexible with
the time allotted for each portion of the class and quickly recognized when to move to the next aspect of the lesson. Miss Dipede
was diligent in following the school policies for students being late, truant and absent.

Overall Comments:
Miss Dipede began most classes with a series of warm-up games, exercises and stretches. She worked hard to address all
student needs. Miss Dipede recognized that students are individuals with different needs and strived to address the diversity
among all students. Regardless of the needs, Miss Dipede attempted to motivate and support the students in a positive manner.
She also employed several instructional strategies that engaged all learners. She adapted and modified all lessons to address all
student needs. Technology was used to promote student learning when required.
