NORTH KOREAN NUCLEAR RESOLUTION

The Security Council and General Assembly,
Declaring that the previous resolutions put in place by the UN regarding North Koreas
possession of both nuclear power and weapons have failed,
Keeping in mind the continued threat they pose to the international community,
Recognizing that without a successful resolution, the shaky world relations will only
worsen and the situation will become even more dire,
Recalling that if Pyongyang keeps these weapons, trade with other unstable and
potentially dangerous countries is likely and imminent, and the ensurement that Nuclear
weapons do not spread is imperative,
Bearing in mind that a bomb dropped on Tokyo or Seoul could result in 2 million
fatalities in both cities and long lasting environmental problems, as stated in 7 Reasons
to Worry about North Koreas Nukes,
Alarmed by the fact that North Koreas supply of Nuclear weapons could grow from few
to as many as 50 by the year 2016, as also stated by 7 Reasons to Worry about North
Korea's Nukes
Noting with regret the immense instability and tension it has created regionally, causing
other countries to resent North Korea greatly and create unneeded conflict,
Fully alarmed that this gives an unmatchable power source to North Korea, which
enables them too much ability to do unacceptable things.

1. Calls upon the General Assembly and the Security Council to consider this solution to the North
Korean Nuclear issue, presented by The Peoples Republic of China to help North Korea become
a stable regime void of Nuclear weapons;

2. Proclaims that by China stepping in, North Korea will be more willing to comply based on the
idea that they are loyal allies;
3. In return for the resignation of all Nuclear Weapons by The Democratic Republic of North
Korea, China will aid North Korea in creating and maintaining a peaceful Nuclear Power
program, void of any Nuclear weapons;
4. Notes that China will provide support and resources for increased stability in Pyongyang;
5. Reminds that China will impose harsh sanctions absolutely declaring that North Korea is
forbidden to pose any threats to the international community,
6. Solemnly affirms however that if any Nuclear weapon production is detected or even alluded to,
China will stop all efforts of aid immediately:
a. With the immediate pull of most Foreign Aid, food rations, and energy;
7. If North Korea poses a threat to international security by trading and/or producing nuclear
weapons, as punishment, nations complying with this resolution would cease all economic
interactions with North Korea.
8. Draws the attention that if this resolution is violated in any way by North Korea, China and the
UN will not be tolerant.
9. Provide military troops on the borders of South Korea, North Korea and China to insure safety
among the borders and give more incentive to China to pose sanctions.
10. Requests that any decisions made must be accepted and created with the help of 3 North Korean
allies including (Egypt, Iran, Syria) that finally it must be past by the security council.
11. Accepts that sanctions on the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea (DPRK)
are requisite so that they do not carry out any actions that could conflict international peace or
safety.
