Manual for Daily Activity Report

Daily Activity Report (DAR) has been developed in place of DCMS (Daily
Contact Management System). The key feature of DAR is that it is user
friendly and self explanatory. DAR can be accesses by any of the following
sources:

• www.wealthmaker.in or
• Remote Desktop -> Talisma CRM -> Dashboard -> DAR

Note: DAR is a daily mandatory report.

 How to login to DAR

A) Branch Manager role

Steps to follow:

1. Click on “Add/View Team Members”.

After punching the Team Member’s Present and then click on Submit.
2. Click on Team Member Activities to enter the Lead numbers of the
day.

3. Click on Lead Status Update for Lead Updation and to create Lead.

After updating the Leads click on submit button at the bottom.

4. Total Branch Met – This will help in to analyze the new/existing


client conversion status.
B. FPE role:

Steps to follow:

1. Login to DAR as mentioned above


2. Click on “Proceed” button

4. Click on Today’s Clients/Prospects tab to add “Today’s New Client”.

Note: It is MANDATORY to add new client for the day.

5. Click on Lead Status Update for Lead Updation and to create Lead

After updating the Leads click on submit button at the bottom.

Note: FPE need to update the number of Leads manually and click on the submit button.

Important points to remember:

• It is mandatory to login to DAR on daily basis to update the


client/lead status.
• Entries/Updations will be reflected in WealthMaker CRM
automatically.
• Team member attendance will be done through DAR by Branch
Head/Branch Manager only.
• WealthMaker user id and password is your DAR user id and
password.
• Always follow every step one by one, otherwise DAR will prompt an
error message. For ex:
