deems qualified. I have worked with Elisa in my position as both team member and
intervention specialist for the last 10 years within the Reynoldsburg City School District.
While a teacher, Elisa was employed in various teaching-related positions including
teaching mentor, math teacher and curriculum developer in both 7 th and 8th grade
algebra and geometry, PAC committee member, district test developer. In the past 3
years Elisa has successfully demonstrated her skills as a language arts teacher in the
7th grade as well. Her technology and STEM skills have been developed over the last
three years and remain top notch. Elisa is meticulous about her work, but more
importantly about her student success and growth in the classroom.
Elisa has also served as a ROC chair member during some tough times and her
diplomacy and communication skills are wise beyond her years. She always works for a
solution in any situation. This has fostered a wonderful rapport with administrators,
colleagues, parents, and most especially her students. Her ability to connect with her
students and her talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced topics,
are both truly superior. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is
extremely organized, reliable and tech savvy. Elisa can work independently and is able
to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. She accomplishes these tasks with
great initiative and always with a very positive attitude.
