Wonderful lesson, Julia! I would say your delivery was in mint condition! It is a pleasure to watch you connect
with your students in a meaningful and thoughtful way. You respect them as individuals and validate their
contribution. You have a good grasp of the material you present and students are engaged with learning as
evidence by their connections they make and thoughtful answers.
We talked about the importance of including students' input in defining words and do activities throughout the
lesson to encourage all to participate...like turn and talk about what you think "justice" means.
As always I enjoyed your lesson! It is remarkable how you validate students responses and connect what they
say to the lesson. You can tell you are passionate about teaching and love connecting with your students.
