    Objectives:
    Utilize the nursing process to develop a nursing care plan for assigned
    patient.
    Integrates knowledge and skills in assessing patient needs and
    develops an appropriate plan of care.
    Identifies priority needs of patient and takes appropriate steps to meet
    these needs.
    Demonstrate the ability to safe provide total patient care to assigned
    patients.
    Safely administers medication and is knowledgeable of nursing
    implications associated with the medications.
    Utilize critical thinking in setting priorities for care in a complex client
    situation.
    Utilize collaboration leadership style and concepts of leadership and
    management in professional nursing
    Demonstrate accountability, advocacy and collaboration in the
    management of care.
    Report changes in the patients condition to the team leader and staff
    RN.
    Provide ongoing information and updates about client to team leader
    and clinical instructor.
