First Intergration Management
Project intergration management involves unification consolidation
articulation and intergrative actions that are crucial for successfully
completing the project
Note that this knowledge area unlike the others is not specific to a
particular task but it its a high level work that involves th PM
managing interdependencies among other knowledge aresas

Key role of the PM is to perform intergration ( basically puts all

the pieces of the project together to ensure resoursces are
used optimally, project is done cheaply,faster whilst meeting
object ives)
