adoption of the following resolutions:
Bank Account Opening with Philippine Business Bank (PBB) Iligan Branch
RESOLVED that a cooperative account shall be opened in the name of the Company
with Philippine Business Bank (PBB) Iligan Branch and that the account(s) will be
operated by authorized persons only.
RESOLVED, further that any and all withdrawals from the cooperatives account,
including checks, notes, drafts drawn against said bank account or accounts as well as
any other debit instructions of transfer of funds to and from any of the cooperatives
