1.0

GENERAL

1.1

The data provided by Contractor within this Section C10 shall form part of the Contract and,
subject to following conditions, Contractor shall be required to comply with the provisions
and details set down in such data.

1.2

Notwithstanding that the submitted data forms part of the Contract, Contractor shall be
obliged to obtain the approval of Company for all matters pertaining to the Work or services,
including all materials, equipment, labour and working procedures, where such approval is
required.

1.3

Where materials, equipment, labour and other details specified in the data provided in this
C10 are not in accordance with the requirements of Sections C1 to C9 inclusive, Contractor
shall be obligated, at the sole discretion of Company, either to comply with the requirements
of Section C1 to C9 inclusive of the Contract, at no additional cost, or to provide such
materials, equipment, labour and details exactly as specified in such data.

1.4

Where Company accepts materials, equipment, labour and other details specified in such
data that are at variance with the requirements of Sections C1 to C9 inclusive of the
Contract, Company shall be entitled to recover from Contractor any cost saving; and any
additional costs of shall be borne by Contractor.

1.5

Where CVs are included within this section against a specific positions they shall be
considered as indicative of the level of experience and qualification necessary for any
candidate proposed to fill that position.
