Dear SabreSonic CSS community,


Effective June 27, 2012, the BKS/30, 31 and 32 records for Agent Sales Report (ASR)
Version 12.2 offline file, a Airline Ticketing product, will reflect negative values when
applicable (refunds, etc). This applies to the COBL commissionable amount and tax
values in the BKS/30. It applies to R and D value on the 31/32 records.
The negative values will not be reflected in any other record type of the ASR file, all other
record types will remain as a positive value.
Below are the signs that will be indicated in the last digit of the monetary value to
indicate whether the entire amount is negative or positive:

Below is an example of the negative values online. Negative values will appear on refund
type docs.
