o Will appear on a panel of recent esteemed alumni speaking to undergrads currently in the
College of Education. Was highly recommended by my professors as a student who is likely to
be hired in the spring. Will share my job finding and early teaching experiences with students
who will be entering the field soon.
Boys and Girls Club Volunteer (2013)
o Participated as a volunteer at the Lebron James Club site. Tutored first through eighth grade
students with homework help. Assisted teacher with life skills lesson to middle school students
facing challenges. Managed the check-in/ check-out station.
Northside Christian Church Middle/High School Student Volunteer Leader (2009-2014)
o Prepare and teach weekly small group bible study lessons. Mentor middle and high school
aged boys. Organized and lead programmatic activities including; weekend retreats, summer
camps, and other social events.
