Example:

Once you reach an income of 25$, the system will inform you via e-mail about the
possibility to upgrade to the BASIC posi5on. It is up to you to decide, if you want to realize

Your ac1vity on the Futurenet Board pays o. FUTURENET distributes the great
majority of all adver1sing revenues and benets based on revenues of adver1sing
partners among its ac1ve members.
The Social Media Bonus is a reward for our ac5ve members.
Futurenet calculates your board ac5vi5es on the basis of a special key.

Our parameters:

Your online 5me, your own posts, your likes, the numbers of read posts published by other members, the
number of adver5sment clips watched, how many 5mes you click on ad bu`ons, the number of invited new
Futurenet users and the number of friends among the Futurenet members.

Your dividend from the FUTURENET adver5sement revenues is calculated on the basis of these and other
parameters.

Upload and sell your own mul1media oers on the FUTURENET plaVorm.

Do you have your own mul5media products for sale? You may oer and sell them via
FUTURENET.
Upload your les in the products sec5on, set a price and earn money, whenever a member
uses your oer.
You may oer links of your mul5media les or upload the le on the FUTURENET server.

You get 50% of the Sales Price, 40% goes into the Marke5ng Plan and 10% to the Company

With a small part of his/her income, every member purchases new posi5ons, new
Media Points and addi5onal storage space in the FUTURE CLOUD.

Fee-based new posi1ons:
Paid with the credit on your Futurenet account.
Your team members and you generate new revenues over and over again however
nobody has to invest his/her own money.

FREE new posi1ons:
Paid with funds from the NEW POSITION BONUS.

You earn money from all revenues on the new posi1ons according to the marke1ng plan.

New Positions in the global Friends Tree:

Your rst income based on revenues in the 3th, 4th and 5th level will be automa5cally used for a
new posi5on in the Global Friends Tree.

As a reward for your revenues, you get new Media Points and addi5onal storage space in the
FUTURE CLOUD.

Your new posi5on within the system is placed on the most a`rac5ve free spot in the global Friends

Matching Bonus

Matching Bonus
The most a`rac5ve incen5ve for you to become ac5ve, a`ract new friends and support exis5ng
friends is our MATCHING BONUS.

The income from the Matching Bonus is calculated propor5onally from the incomes of all friends,
which you have personally invited from the Friends Bonus.

If a personally invited friends from the Friends Tree Bonus starts to earn money, you are rewarded
with 20 100% from these income sums.

With the UNILEVEL Bonus, you can generate income from the 6th 10th level of your organisa5on.

For the purpose of the Unilevel Bonus, all your personally sponsored partners are assumed to be in
your rst level.
Partners sponsored by them will cons5tute your second level and so on.
Hence: no ma`er where your personal partner is placed within the Friends Tree, for the sake of the
Unilevel Bonus he/she is part of your rst level.

You decide with the number of your personal ac5ve partners, how many levels will qualify for the
Unilevel Bonus.

The bonus amount depends on several parameters:

- Number of webinars
- Revenues within the own team
- Revenues in the webinar language
- Revenues in the country, in which the webinars are carried out
- Total number of webinar speakers in the respec5ve language/country

Your activity status

The following rules come into eect later in 2015



Before ac5va5on of that rules 2015, everybody automa5cally gets
an ac5vity status of 100%

Your activity status

Within your marke5ng plan, you may have dierent ac5vity statuses.
1 month aler your start, your ac5vity status will be 100%.
(Example: you start on 15 March. Up to 14 april, your ac5vity status is 100%)

Aler one month, you must have sponsored at least one member.
Once you accomplish that, your ac5vity status remains on the 100% level for another full month.
This period is added to the rst month. Hence, if you sponsor a new member on the rst day,
your status will be 100% for 2 months.

If you do not sponsor a new member within the rst month, your ac5vi5y status will drop to 50%.
In this case, you will s5ll earn 50% on all spillover revenues.

You may sponsor a new member at any 5me and regain your 100% ac5vity status.

Your Activity Status

Aler 2 months you are expected to sponsor another member.
If you do so, you retain your 100% ac5vity status for another month.
And again: the new month will be added to the existent qualica5on period.

If you will not have sponsored anybody aler 2 months, your ac5vity status drops to 25%.
This means, that you s5ll earn 25% on income from spillover revenues.
Aler 3 months, you have to sponsor another member.
If you do so, you retain your 100% ac5vity status for another month.
And if your 3 current partners are ac5ve, this status will be permamently yours.

If you s5ll will not have sponsored anybody aler 3 months, your ac5vity status drops to 15%.
This means that you now earn 15% on income from spillover revenues.

You automa5cally regain a 100% status upon sponsoring a new partner.

With 3 personally sponsored and 100% ac1ve members, you PERMANENTLY

reach the 100% ac1vity status.
