Established in 1955, Community Living
Burlington (CLB) is Burlingtons oldest
and largest non-profit charitable
organization. For nearly 60 years our
team has been dedicated to enriching the
quality of life of individuals who have a
developmental disability by promoting
community integration and inclusion.

When people with

developmental disabilities
are included in their
community they flourish.

Volunteers who share their time

and talents with persons who have
developmental disabilities often get
back much more than they give.

The smiles, laughter and

friendship I have shared
with those I have worked
with are some of the most
rewarding gifts I could
ever receive!

designed to assist individuals reach their

ARC Industries is a sheltered workshop

provides light industrial work in
a supportive environment where
individuals can achieve their full potential
while meeting the needs of a customer.

where I have learned many
neat skills!

Residential Services provides support

to people living both independently and
in one of the numerous CLB owned and
operated community homes. Some of
these homes feature 24-hour car, while
others have live-in managers.
Our Life Skills Program, Transitional Day
Program and Respite Programs offer safe
opportunities for individuals to engage in
life enhancing activities. These programs
are free of change and take place both on
site at CLB and in the community.
