waste code - A number assigned to a waste in a company waste catalog or a waste

catalog defined by law.
phrase set A grouping of phrases for a purpose.
A phrase set can include:
Allowed phrases for a value assignment type
Default phrases for a value assignment type
A phrase can be assigned to a number of phrase sets.
process code A specific variant of a disposal method.

A disposal type is divided into disposal methods that are divided into process c
odes (procedures).
If you want to ship reports manually, you can:
Redefine the Process type (background processing using dispatcher process or wit
h start immediately)
Set the subsequent shipping indicator at a later stage or delete it.
shipping objects For each shipping object, you enter a field either in the Bytes or the Pages fie
ld, but not in both.
Note: If you save your reports in the SAP database, the maximum file size for ea
ch document in approx. 25 MB (9999 * 2550 bytes). Pay attention to this file siz
e and the file size of cover sheets and acknowledgements of receipt when enterin
g the maximum data size for a shipping document. If you choose a data size that
is too small, the report cannot be packed and error message DV307 (Order bundle
is not assigned to a shipping object) is entered in the log of the affected ship
ping order.
