Instructions
For this assignment, you will plan, design and create a multimedia product for a chosen business
or organization, which operates as a digital contents/ computer aided learning application for
secondary school (Sains/ English/ History). Write a proposal to the company. The proposal
should include:

an executive summary for your project;

a statement of the goals of the system;

a description of the characteristics of the intended users of the system and how they will
be attracted to use the multimedia system;

detailed statement of Content specification including list of media elements, naming

conventions for files, technical specification and delivery platforms. Justify your solutions;

an overview of the main design features of the planned system, including the interactive
capabilities, the use of multimedia elements and reasons for choice (Functional
specification);

Storyboards;

a rationale for the system, that is, the reasons why your system can achieve more than other
media

This assignment is a detailed design for multimedia system to be implemented in Assignment 2.
