(On March 16, 2015, Terence Calloway was an employee of the State of Florida. He was
‘employed by Florida A & M University. Mr. Calloway appeared ata hearing before the Florida
Senate Higher Education Committe. He appeared in opposition to Senate Bill 176.
Mr, Calloway violated Sec. 11.061, Fla. Stat, by filing to register as a lobbyist. tis
unclear whether he recorded his attendance withthe joint legislative olfice. Acconing to his
Appearance Record, Mr. Calloway did not appear a the invitation of the committee chair.
Mr. Calloway may have violated See. 11,062, Fla, Stat. It is believed that Mr. Calloway
used state funds or resources to attend the hearing. Ils believed that he attended the hearing
